HFT (Home Farm Trust’s) Family Carer Support Service (FCSS) was set up 13 years ago. The FCSS supports family carers so they, and their relatives with learning disabilities, can live full, well-supported lives, as described in Valuing People. It works at individual, local and national levels to help make this happen. They also offer an annual holiday information guide.
